Whenever I turn my pc off and when I turn back on and open launcher it just keeps re-downloading the entire game! Other people complain that their launcher gets stuck at 25%, has anyone else had these problems?

I personally haven't but it think i remember some poster had this problem and someone thought it may have been because both NA and EU clients were on the same system. I'm sorry though as i don't remember how the situation was remedied.
