Reason being, I want to make a character who relies on sneak attack critical (sniping, using weapons under the perview of The Professional perk) so I will only need a Luck of 6 to get Better Criticals - but at the same time I want enough Luck to be able to clear out the Sierra Madre Casino and get complimentary chip vouchers (plus make a shed load of money in the process - the character's going to be a hitman so he'll want to be loaded). If this was the case I would leave it at 6 to start, then use an implant to boost it to 7 later.
Any advice?
