Sounds very appealing to a critical hit connoisseur such as myself.
Although, I'm curious as to what Grim Reaper's Sprint does now.
Grim's Reaper will likely have to do with AP, not crit meter. I'm absolutely loving this! I plan on modeling my first character after what I would consider my own SPECIAL to be. This fits right in there! On a side note: wise fool most likely won't as I'll give my character at least above average INT.
Who's filling these in BTW? Reviewers? Keep in mind it's a WIki, so not something super-official. That said, I tend to trust most things that are not political.
Perk 10 is filled out as well. Looks AMAZING!!! - when it procs
I don't use vats much at all, so I'll probably not take more than 4 in luck now.
That perk or the other (forgot its name, Nerve of Steel?) that svcked in FO3, but a lot in better in FO:NV. Perhaps it is compromise of both perks and I think it is worth investing for us gunslingers at least.
Grim reaper sprint is 15% of what it used to be (activate 15% of the time).
I sure hope companions will be useful in combat, cause it seems I definitively won't after the first few opponents.
Not before level 50 actually when they "might" fight for you.
=>Level requirements for perks.
Beth decided it's a game where you have to point gun at things.
I like the economic bonuses of luck between fortune finder, scrounger, and idiot savant. That only requires luck 5 to start though. I am looking for reasons to max luck for my starting char, but I am finding it hard to justify. The crit bonuses, etc... don't seem worthwhile if you are terrible with weapons to begin with. I might keep luck at ~5 and then go with a ~5 charisma and do some other skills. I created a spreadsheet to make my character on. I will need to keep toying with it.
I am not a VATS fan at all either - but I got an XBox 100 controller to use for Fallout 4 - and I can't aim worth a darn with this. VATS may be the only way I kill anything.
Indeed. A lot of perks are getting dropped.
And what's that? END 9 doesn't give you resistance against being turned into a Ghoul but some rather mundane buffs? Well who'd have seen that coming?
The whole chart has been dropped if anyone really wants to know what each does.
