It is when you are trying to steal my land from me. You want to fight for it fine but if you're planning to have any involvement with the Mojave other than being the bad guy across the river I would recommend using diplomacy.

Mr. Legion we want you to know that we will not hesitate to bomb your Fort if mr. Mayor asks it. However the rest of the Boomers believe we should not be held accountable for any bombing as it is just policy to unquestionably bomb targets our clients ask to be destroyed.

We have the NCR and the Securitron armies on our side.

The Securitrons didn't lose one robot while fighting you and you lost many.

And the NCR is larger than the Legion.

Not to mention the entire Mojave is better equiped than the Legion.

OOC: I mostly just focus on Arizona since we don't know that much about the others.

OOC: Denver is the capital and the most populous city of the state of Colorado.

I trust the Boomers.
They only bomb those who deserve it for either getting on their bad side or getting to close to their settlement.

How about the Brotherhood of Steel can keep their weapons and we will give them fresh food in exchange for them to stop attacking caravans. If they do then they are declaring war on the entire Mojave.
