Raynor said something secretly to two of the guards, who then left leaving him only with one guard armed with a minigun.
''Surely Sammy, we are not selling out, Primm is of most value to us, and my brothers out west wouldnt kill me no matter what, they are just frustrated because they would rather be in my position. Now i trust our business will continue, you wont get guns any other way, so you kinda have to rely on us. If you got no guns, then who knows what might happen to you.'' after finishing the last sentence, the bodyguard with the minigun laughed, when Raynor suddenly told the guard to stop.

"I would like to make a proposal to a few factions, first of all we would like to open a deal with the gun runners to supply our ever growing militia. Also since WestSide is beginning to grow drastically as a farming community we are interested in making trade relations in many more communities around the mojave, if anyone is interested do say so. Also we are very interested in purchasing sharecropper farms from the NCR as it is an already established farm and would help in expanding our Co-Op.

That's what frightens me about lawbreakers in my territory being only a few steps from becoming a Legion slave.

I think I'd sleep easier if I established my own prison. I think I'll put it in what used to be Camp Hope, or Forlorn Hope by most people. That would also be a good place for barracks for my militia.

They said the Legion was under new management. If this is true will they honor our solitary nature if they were to take over the Mojave? We understand that several high-ranking members were "intimidated" by our power, especially our bomber, and wanted to leave us be. Does the Legion still intend this if they win?


OOC: Ugh... I know, are you sure someone else shouldn't be Boomer represenative, or at least someone to take over? By the time I get here almost everyone is done for the day.
Also about your NCR endings are boring, I thought my idea could be pretty exciting IMO. I can just imagine the NCR represenative seething with rage and just barely controlling his anger while everyone else is nervous and trying to make amends while solving thier regular problems.

With the Tunnel Bulit explosives mechants from NCR can travel the Mojave and sell you bigger and more power explosives. Also once we have re-taken searchlight airport, we shall give the Boomers an airplane.




regardless of what they might be doing out here, in arizonia, Orgeon , washingtion or even Idaho back in califorina they are an "Unoffical" branch of the Army, it'd be business sucide for them to leave, the same could be said for the strip if they refused NCR cizitens.


*James pulled out a hand radio and call command "hello, were is Ranger sqaud delta?... Huh... can you send them to Drywell and report back on what you find...Okay" finished with the radio James places it back into his jacket.
