James carbone- NCR
*James enteres the roomand sits down.*
"Hello everyone since the last convention a dozen or so NCR cizitens who were trapped within the mojave have moved in and restarted the town of Niption. they are doing well and have asked me to speak for any business deals you may wish to do with the town."
"Also we have discovered the scoure of radation at searclight, inside the fire station there are two fire trucks that before the war were carrying dangerous radativace waste until the legion broke in and opened them, killing them in the process."
*James turns and faces Lobobmite"
" I was wondering is we could make somesort deal Lobotomite and get some of your mutants to remove these firetrucks, we can then move back into the town and restart the gold mines."
Hello, I am Jackson Samuel from Novac.
I wonder if the NCR would be interested in opening up trading towns in Novac.
We are a growing town with a road directly to the 188 that leads straight to Freeside then the Strip.
I hope you take it into consideration.
Raynor walks into the huge tower, which he had been itching to go into since the courier announced the new convention. He also has a few other deals to make with the Khans and others, and since the Gun Runner′s business in Primm (Gingy you forgo to announce that) have gone fine, their new office over in the Strip, which Raynor himself has made a successful office in which he runs the show. No visitors are allowed, and trespassers are shot on sight, due to the Gun Runners being afraid of their pre war secrets to be stolen. Right now, he has been striking rich with all the deals he has been making. He wears a rich looking gambler outfit, along with a expensive hat and authority glasses, now upgraded his 9mm to 44. Magnum, now accompanied by 4 guards with MKII combat armor armed with both heavy weapons and assault rifles.
He looks at the barbarian looking Khan and smiles.
''Imam, how are the Khans? My associates and me are willing to open up new trades to your people in Wyoming, as you can see, we are the most successful arms merchant in the area and also back west, and we have heard your people are doing good.''
Looking at Kent, he took up a briefcase.
''Mr.Kent, we noticed you were in need of guns to. Imam and Kent, look at our wares and tell us if they are good enough for you, im sure you would be satisfied by a long term deal with us.''
He then smiled satisfied and sat there with his glasses
Hello, I wish to make a deal with the Gun Runners.
I plan to one day have a decent militia so I can defend my own region instead of having friends like Black Mountain and Nellis do it alone.
Would you be willing to arm my men?
Senior Paladin Garret Hartley - Brotherhood of Steel
A loud clanking can be heard from the stairs as the Brotherhood representative fully decked out in full T-51B Power Armor lumbers towards the meeting room. Entering the V.I.P lounge, the armored figure looks around the room to see which dignitaries have already arrived. After giving everyone a once over the senior paladin makes his way around the table until he locates his seat.
Plopping down in his assigned seat he crosses his arms and turns to the Courier. "Why has our presence been requested to attend this convention?", the power armored voice demands irritatedly.
Hello Senior Paladin.
I hope the Brotherhood is prospering in Indepedance.
Alice Swift - FoA Rep
Alice steps out of the elevator and takes in the assembled members of the various factions. Her eyes widened when she saw Kruser, for she thought the Legion had completely withdrawn into Arizona.
Then her eyes fell on Hartley. Good, good, the Brotherhood actually sent a representative this time, she thought.
"Gentlemen, it's a pleasure to see you all again," she said and remained standing. "I'm sorry if I'm interrupting anything, but I would just like to give you all a quick updated on a few things. As you all know, we cleaned up Vault 34 and converted it into a hospital. I would like to thank everyone here who supported us in this endeavor, first and foremost the Courier, for making this possible. The Old Mormon Fort has been fully converted into our headquarter. So, we are still only a few steps away from the Strip," she added, then she consulted her notes. "I would also like to mention that the Freeside-Westside co-op is thriving. We actually added a few farming plots and are now producing fresh food in abundance, which raised the living quality of the people in our area. Kids can actually eat a fresh apple a day," she reported with a broad smile and a nod towards Mr. Kent.
Then she turned to Raynor. "Your weapons actually came in handy, during the Vault 34 clean up. Thanks again for the discount," she told him with a wink.
"Imam, good to see you here. Your supply of Stimpaks and Fixers are a great blessing to the Hospital and I'm glad we were able to strike a deal." Alice said.
Alice looked around and saw an empty chair next to Senior Paladin Hartley and took it. "Good to see you here, Hartley. I know you don't usually share knowledge with outsiders, but I think we have some data that might interest you. If we work together, we might be able to bring an abundance of renewable energy to the Mojave," she said cryptically, and then turned her attention back to the Courier and the meeting.
Hello Alice Swift, I would like to ask the Followers to open a small hospital in Novac that could be used for the entire region.
It would greatly benefit everybody if you have the man power.
The Courier-New Vegas
Would Novac like to join the united Mojave States?
It depends what exactly it is and what land is under my jurisdiction.
Major Connor-Boomers
That sounds very generous. Very well, we will send a squad of Boomers to protect your town, they should arrive in several hours.
Thank-you.
You will be a huge help.
The Courier-New Vegas *The Courier finishes his scotch* I am glad the Legion attended this time. Hopefully now we can install good diplomatic relations with them. Perhaps we can give them access to the Fort and Cottonwood Cove once more and give them a small state near Cottonwood Cove. With that being said, perhaps you could be the "Survivalists" section of the United Mojave Army. However, if the Legion steps a toe out of line, I will withdraw my side of this bargain. Just keep in mind that inside the Mojave, slavery, crucifixism, and murder are not allowed and anyone participating in such activities will be apprehended by the state that it occurs in or the Securitrons of New Vegas. Slave trading will not go on inside our borders. The Mojave now consists of several states, but I was wondering.... Could the Brotherhood of Steel join the United Mojave Army? We could use a section of our military with people who value and understand tech. Hidden Valley would also be recognized as a small Brotherhood state for the time being. Perhaps we could call it "Counter-Intelligence Section". *The Courier Laughs* (By the way, HELIOS One was powered to give electricity to the full region). OOC: Out for a few hours.
Please do not let the Legion take back Cottonwood Cove, they would have the power to take over my settlement by the end of the week.
Would it be too much to ask if I could have Cottonwood?
If the Legion become, or are, my enemies it would be easier to keep them across a river.
