when I loaded up my save game and try to enter the Lucky 38 elevator it wont give me the option to talk to victor, and went I killed victor and failed the quest I could enter.
none of my saves alow me to talk to victor or new games alow me to do so.
I've tryed to dashbored, unpatch and repatch but nothing. what do I do?
