After a few starts I'm finally happy with my guy.I already know about the Quest,but I haven't spoken to Lucy yet.
Now I'm almost level 9 and decided to do the Quest.Well...no Lucy.Day or night,not at home.not at eather bar.
I posted in this section in case there was something to this that might be a spoiler.
Did I goof something or am I a victom of random generators?
I would be happy to know that all is well.This is such a cool game.

She walks around Megaton between her house and the saloon. It's possible she may have fallen through the catwalks to her death. I've seen her do that even after the first patch which allegedly fixed that issue. You can still start the quest by going to Arefu and talking to Evan King.

now I kinda feel bad for ignoring her

I looked for her undern the catwalks and I did find her on the lower deck of the church of atom,around the back,facing the building,walking into it....going nowhere.
I pushed her out into the street and she made her way up to the saloon,all is well.

I'm having a problem finding Lucy also. I have made numerous laps around Megaton looking for her, to no avail. She is not behind the Church of Atom or under the walk ways. Any other hints? I went to Arefu and found her dead parents, so I need to bring the sealed note back to her.

she might of glitched under the map and died....

My character also has done this, which is a little aggravating when your having a ton of fun....

Go back to Arefu and talk to Evan King about finding her parents to continue the quest.

Rodger that. I went and found The Family, talked to the kid, then made a deal with the head blood-svcker to play nice with Arefu. All is well in the Wasteland, and I have another arms dealer to buy from :goodjob: :clap: :gun:
