Luminous Atronachs
a mod by PeterBitt

This mod adds glow maps to all three Atronachs in Morrowind, so that they glow in the dark.

The glow maps are carefully made so that only proper parts glow, not the "clothing" of the Frost and Fire Atronach. The Storm Atronach's glow shines through the cracks in the stone.

The base textures stay vanilla and will be replaced if you have a texture mod for any of the Atronachs installed. Only exception is the face of the Storm Atronach wich I edited to get rid of the original eyes shining through the glow.

This is a plugin-less replacer and is compatible with pretty much everything.

It stands right there in the middle of the screenshots :tongue:

Frost and Flame Atronach are only slightly different from Atares ones. I dont want to compare it, please have look at the textures yourself.

I think light_misc, with 256 radius (for example) needs to be added to Flame Atronach. Looks cool at night and in darkness.

Luminous? Why not Auroric Astronachs, or Illimunated Astronarchs, Aglow Astronachs, even Ablaze. I can't rap with Luminous!

I'll begrudgingly, yet definitely download and use it anyway...
