So is something being done to get us what we paid for or should we just get a refund? In my case another refund. I would email support again but I'll just get the same automated response again so I know that bot isn't going to help me.
EDIT: Quote taken directly from their page regarding in app purchases "If you made an in-app purchase, but didn't receive your item, only an app's developer can send purchased items to your account. If you never received your item and want a refund, you can contact us for help." So yeah. If we go to Google its for a refund.
