Lunchboxes : Fallout 3

Ok so I'm playing an Explosives main at the moment and fixing myself frag grenades is easy and soon is Nuka grenades as well.
But.
I'm having troubles fixing lunchboxes for the Bottlecap Mine's.
Anyone know where I can find a decent amount of them or where I can buy them?

You won't find them for sale, MAYBE Crazy Wolfgang, but I've never seen one in his inventory. Get out there and start scavenging! I personally wait, until I have all three schematics, before I start making these.

Yeah I've been getting some now, but can't find enough.
They're so limited and spread out that it's almost not worth trying to get by with my explosive character using them.
I'll try and see how it works out but I think I might just play with Nuka Grenades since they are way easier to create. (Quantum Chemist perk)

Yeah I'm kinda avoiding the New Vegas section.
So my posting will still be pretty limited.

they are pretty rare. even on a 150h save game, i don't have more than around 30 of them, while still having 60+ cherrybombs

All traders/vendors have a chance of selling lunchboxes, at least I'm pretty sure since I've bought a few from them.

Yes you do, they just don't come up all that often. They're just another Misc Item that appears along with umpteen other items, so quite often it doesn't end up in their list. They definitely do sometimes though.

IIRC, there's a bunch of them in the Dunwich building.
