I happened to be strolling around on the roads, when I found a skeever infested house, Lund's hut. I went inside the house and found a man lying dead on a bed. I thought it might be an unfinished quest or something like that, so I searched the web for it.

I found nothing of the sort, though I did find something interesting about the local map. I checked it, and what I had read was true: there is some kind of cavern system under Lund's house. Is there a way to open these caverns, or does it merely indicate that it is an unfinished quest?

It's just a house that tells a very small story.

His house got infested with skeever's, that is all.

Looks like they copied the rock meshes from the surrounding exterior (maybe to get a sense of where to place the NorthMarker), but then forgot to delete them. It's not a cave system, just rocks.

There's a lot of stuff like this in the game. I love it.
