» Fri Nov 27, 2015 2:39 am So I was playing through like normal and all of a sudden all the enemies that were normally between 30-60ish are now 1-23.
I've been playing on very hard ever since lvl 42 and now all of a sudden, they're all really low lvl's. I tried narrowing it down and finding out at what point did the same decide I was a new player again, and so I back tracked.
I narrowed it down to the point where Spectacle Island gets raided. Luckily I had a save point right before It was raided, thus me being able to find the issue. No matter how back I load (even back to lvl 49 or even 36), this glitch still persists. I Even tried to avoid the island getting raided in the first place. Still eventually, this problem relapses. Believe me, I've tried dozens of approaches to this issue. I've spent a lot of time and effort, just to see it go to the [censored]ter.
It's at the point now I can take 3 direct hits from a fat man and still walk up to the guy, slowly mind you, and stab the guy to death.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Seems like it's back to GTA Online for me. This is a game breaker.
Ps. How do I report this to Bethesda? Oh, and yeah, the guy I stabbed after being shot 3 times with a mini nuke was a gunner. Before I had to wear custom power armor and like 10 .50 shots to the face to even complete with them, now it only takes a tab to the face.
