When I was In the dungeon for the "The Only Cure" quest when I noticed lydia had disappeared. I mean more so than most people who say they have lost her.

I have checked the grave area. I have not had a courier come up to me and give me a will. It hasn't said your follower leaves your service or tired of waiting. She's not in breezehome (I have waited and waited using "T") She's not In Dragonsreach. I can have other followers without it saying you have another follower.

This evedence Implies She's not dead, not in my service, and no where to be found. A possible bug? I have no idea Now I have not checked the place I sort of noticed she was gone simply because it was a very difficult dungeon because of all the Afflicted poison, missleading doors, and a centurion. I'm pretty sure she disappeared In the centurion room. My luck eh? Yes I'm from the place where we drink maple syrup, ride moose intead of horses and, live in igloos

Any help?

Open the console and use the following commands. Hit after each line.

prid a2c94

moveto player

Exit the console, and Lydia should be moved to your location.

Ok so apparently she died but thanks to console commands it's possible to ressurect

If she's not dead (and you know that for sure), you could just type the console command: player.moveto A2C94.
