I had just completed a bounty, and had returned to Dragonreach to report my success, and as soon as I entered Lydia shout "I Have something for you" She then runs over to me and hands me this http://cloud.steampowered.com/ugc/594704695973747082/58D5FE51FA92E7051164864CE222CE22BB3BCE13/. I dont know if she bought it or made it... but this goes to show she really does care- so everyone stop being mean.

haha, in my 2nd playthrough there was some bug and she didnt appear at all!
