Umm, dunno where to describe this problem better, here or in the issue subforum, but the thing is, every time I get close to a giant or a mammoth, they atack me, and it's impossible for me to walk past them as shown in the demo video. Does anyone know what's the problem and how to fix it?

You can get close to them if they are walking herding their mammoths. But don't dare to disturb them while they are chilling in their camps.

I don't think we're meant to fix the problem. I just keep enough of a distance from the herds and giants that they don't attack. At some point, my character may be powerful enough to kill a mammoth or giant and survive, but it looks like a long way off for now.

Dude, this guy was walking an ox down the road that he had all painted in symbols and stuff, and I asked him what he was doing. He said he was taking the giants an offering so they'd leave his farm alone all year. He claimed people thought he was superstitious, but he said it had worked all his life so far (confirmation bias I suspected) and I figured "Hey, it sort of makes sense".

I asked if he was sure he didn't want me to help him, and he assured me he was fine. But me and Lydia, we decided to follow him.

Sadly, dude and his ox came to the giant camp, and a giant chased him down, the dude was squirelly at first and narrowly somehow avoided a number of mortal woulds, I was amazed at his spry movements, but then he was flattened by the giant.

I reloaded and watched this happen a few times,... I wonder if things would have gone differently if I intervened, but I'm not ready or willing to fight a giant yet.
