Are there mods for Mad Max face, hairs and his clothes for player?

Is there mod which make NV "darker" graphics, atmosphere? You mean rain, darker world etc.

Have you tried Project Reality? That does a somewhat decent job.

Wow Project Reality looks very nice. I must try it. Before I had Nevada Skies for clear blue sky but now I want something other. Thanks I will try this mod.
