Made it to level 124

It has been a while since I last came to the forums. I am at level 124 in Skyrim. I still have 9 broken quests on my Xbox 360. I found a interesting way to help with quests. I have been working on getting each skill to 100. Only skill legendary is smithing. I double enchanted Lydia and my armor and weapons. Every weapon I have does soul trap. I made necklace + ring double enchanted combinations for carry weight + fortify armor and carry weight each weapon 40%. Three rings for one hand, two hand and bow. My carry weight is 999 with the necklace ring carry weight both at 37. Lydia has same necklace + ring groups. I wish I could do my secret servant. I also did necklace ring combo of carry weight and smithing. I have necklace ring combo for alteration for gold transmute. My gold is 2.7 million so, I just buy up all the smiting supplies to sell more items. I save up my precious stones till I reset smiting to 15. With transmute and buying silver. I can usually go from 15 to 70 on smiting with just creating jewelry on the next level. This usually complete 80% of the level. I made a necklace / ring set for alchemy and conjuring. I have master robes for everything along with adept caps to increase magika. Creating necklace ring combos has sped up leveling. I did a necklace ring for heath and health rate too. The smithing combo maxed out our weapons and armor classes. I am getting used to changing with all the combos of rings, hats, robes, armor, magic, etc.

Our first child is coming in 2-4 weeks. I was hoping to get to level 150 before. I don't think I will be gaming much after.

Can I get a Xbox One and Skyrim and load my current game to it?

Grats on the Child.

No word if you can transfer over your character to the X1 from the 360. Do not even know if it will perform as well as on the 360. The game will be emulated on the X1

I was curious. I heard Skyrim was available on X1. I wondered if it was the online version only.

You can use the disk version or the online digital version. The game is the same as the 360 version since the X1 will have an emulation mode for games that are supported. Fallout 3 will be available when the service is live and likely quite a few of the popular games will be available as well. So it is likely that Skyrim will be available as well.

Don't expect the game to be running at 1080p at 60 frames with the Official HD packs and maybe mods since FO4 will be able to get mods on the X1 when the tools are out and when Bethesda/Microsoft enable the feature likely sometime in 2016.

My take it will likely be running better on the 360 then on the X1.

[edit]

I believe that the 360 emulation mode will be available sometime in October/November. I believe it is in testing with some chosen players testing it out on a few games.

I heard the 360 live ends in 2016 or 2017. I hope this changes. X1 does not look worth the money for what I play.

I think it will be merged into the X1 service it uses.
