No crossbows it seems. It's not been said explicitly, but they passed over a golden chance to mention it, so probably not. Here's hoping for spears.

No major/minor skills. All skills contribute to levelling up, and the higher the skill that you raise is, the more it contributes to the level up. (raising a skill from 34 to 35 contributes more than from 11 to 12).

When you level up you get a health boost, and then a choice to give an extra boost to health, stamina (new name for fatigue that makes more sense) or magicka. And you get a perk.

There's a shot of a guy in armor (looks a bit like elven armor from Oblivion) carrying a sword in one hand, and a staff in the other, which is glowing. A torch alternative, possibly.

Green forests.

Posting more info instead of trying to make people believe Im telling the truth.

- If you kill shopkeeper, his sister might enherit the shop. She might give you quests but will be angry and frustrated about it. (Sounds really stupid to me...)

You can duel with npc's

If you drop an item an npc could pick it up and walk up to you and offer it back saying that you dropped it (cool!)

Or 2 people could fight over it (double cool)

game has HUGE log of how you play, dungeons you go to etc and gives you experiences based on that.

Sounds good. I do like myself the "conséquences" to the killing of a relative. NPCs should react that way.

I was reading about the Dragons. One thing that really intrested me....they will attack cities... By my guess this means Open-Cities instead of CLosed.

... As in, potentiality of levitation ? *tries not to hope*

It seems there MAY be more dragon hunters.... beginning of the game may depict a scene where the others are killed

And anyone who still doubts needs to learn how to use Google

They traded 3 skills for an extra layer of customization (choosable perks) and an extra layer of combat (extra weapon/spell slot for special combos)

I like the trade.

I don't. It gives me the impression it's even MORE SIMPLE than Oblivion.

This way, TES VI will be called "Duke Cyrodiilic Nukem"....

Greybeards "these mysterious old men live atop a high retreat called high hrothgar, at the top of a mountain called the throat of the world. They are highly versed in the power of the dragons, and the dragonborn hero will need to climb the 7000 steps it takes to reach them and be trained."

The graphics look pretty good. In one picture a skeleton seems to still have muscle tissue on its face and it reminds me of the terminator.

Very quick read...

Almost no info at all on RPG aspects, almost as if they don't exist.

Lots on info on combat.

Paraphrase: The main thing that separates this game from its predecessors is... Dragons ??!!... Looks to be written by a 14 year old on a sugar overdose.... no offence intended to any actual 14 year olds

any mention on types of weapons, i.e are spears and throwing weapons back?

Would be crazy if spears weren't back...

With 18 skills only(WTF) it's pretty much safe to say, the spears will still be gone.

Yeah, but Oblivion already lacked skills in the first place. I couldn't care less about perks or combos, I'm not playing TES games for some action/adventure fun, but to play a deep, engaging RPG. I have nothing against action elements per se and actually like them, but I'd rather have additional skills and overall deeper RPG aspects than something that'd made combat more fun, I'm not playing Skyrim for a combat simulator and I'm pretty sure I'm not alone there.

Okay, I'm sorry to how I acted before, but I guess I should have expected this. Like I said in an older thread, maybe it's time for another Generation of elder Scrolls games.

There are some NPC's called Greybeards that live at the top of a mountain called the Throat of the World and they know a lot about Dragons and the Dragon Hunter (AKA the player) must climb 7000 steps to reach them for training

Ah damn. Yeah I can pretty much confirm what these men are saying. I don't know if everything they've said it true but dual-wielding is a go, you can't back up as fast, five schools of magic now. I'm kinda depressed.

aww, if its just 5 on top of enchanting then I guess 18 covers all the skills.
RIP spears and short blade.

Heyheyhey

While I agree the curve at the end looks like a gun handle...it looks to me like a strange handle for an axe or something.
