Yeah, I don't always get x2 meat. Sometimes I still just get one. Most the time you will get x2 meat though. With lots of the magazines it's just hard to know if they are doing anything at all. I now have all the Tumblers Today and most of the U.S. Covert magazines. I haven't noticed any difference in lockpicking or sneaking. Do those even actually do anything? Who knows?.... There's absolutely no way to tell.

Lol, I know what you mean. I've grabbed a bunch of the covert operations mags and thought to myself to start wearing some shadowed armor.... I feel like I've been more detectable lately 馃槓
