not that I know of. I saw the carpet in a youtube video and it said it was with that mod.

Midas magic really is worth installing even if just for one spell. It is a very good and stable mod made by a very good modder. It doesn't conflict with anything because it just adds new stuff, and i have never had a crash or trouble with it. So if you are just worried about stability i would put that thought away. And this is coming from someone who is very cautious when installing mods, because stability is paramount to me.
