Please, keep it about skills. NO SPOILERS! Please!

I have an idea that I want to hear your opinions about. And a question.

Question 1: Do Stamina increase damage with bow?
Question 2:
My idea is to have.. Archery - Sneak - Alchemist for the reason of.. More damage, zoom, slow time, faster aiming, better stealth, 3x more damage with bow while sneaking and stronger poisons!
I've counted that this would cost me about 10 + 7 + 5 ... so that is roughly 22 points

Leaving room for Pickpocketing that I may want, perhaps.

So here is my question 2: Between Illusion and Conjuration, which would you say would fit best with the other skills (perks if you may) that I want?

I see Conjuration as good for needing back up such as summon things to aid me when it's though fight or even summon a bow to use to feed my hunger for souls.
Or Illusion for the sake of Charming enemies I want to go pass without any fight? Not sure about all of this.

One thing I am sure of is that I will wear Robe and Bow... while sneaking around...

Let me rephrase that:

Question 1: Does Stamina increase damage with bow or dagger?

Question 2: Do Archery perks work with Conjured Bow?

1 - No, not that I know of. Only perks increase damage (other than enchanting, using poisons or improving weapons via smithing).
2 - Yes, they should. I haven't tested it but I've read that they do. Same with One-Handed perks and one-handed weapons.

Since a bound sword increases one handed skills I'd say bound bows use the archery skill and its related perks.
