I'm looking to focus on magic for a new character, and was looking over the various Magic overhauls, and wanted some opinions on them.

Midas Magic seems to be the most straightforward, it just adds many new spells, but leaves the overall system the same.

LAME and Supreme Magicka on the other hand are huge overhauls, completely redoing the entire system. How do these work in practice? LAME especially seems quite promising, but does it really make it "Less Annoying", and even more importantly "More Useful"?

Which system do you recommend, from personal experience?
