Magic Regain nerf in Cyrodiil has to go.

As a sorcerer healer the nerf to magic regain in Cyrodiil (and a lesser extent in dungeons) it utterly fun killing.

I know that I'm not the only one who has noticed this either, as when I've complained on /z not only do other sorcerers agree but so too do Templars. It's plain and simply unfair. Stamina seems to have been buffed out the window since you can sprint for like 50 miles and I'm sure the classes that use stamina as their resource love it since they'd be able to cast abilities all day yet as a sorcerer after you've cast 3 or 4 spells that's that. You're then have to flop around like a wet noodle waiting at least 15-30 seconds before your magic regains just enough to cast another spell, then you're back to square one again.

Something must be done about this. There needs to be some sort of balance here, either stamina needs the same uber nerf magic regain received, or magic needs to be returned to standard PvE zone regain levels.
