Magic Weapon EFFECTS

Post » Tue May 03, 2011 1:22 am

Ok so basically until we get new info I am so happy with the game I don't see any reason to post any more suggestions, EXCEPT THE ABOVE

WE MUST HAVE FLAMING SWORDS OR THE BLACK CAULDRON STILL HAS ONE UP ON THE ELDER SCROLLS

ok ok so that last part isn't relevant but I AM GOING TO GO INSANE

I must commend you on the poll. It's the most fair, constructive one I've seen in this subforum.

If I get to swing a sword sparking with electricity or on fire I will be happy.

I support the idea. The glow in Morrowind and Oblivion was nice, but it just looks so much cooler for a sword to actually be engulfed in flames, or if it's enchanted with frost damage, to have snowflakes falling off of it or something like that.

I just hope that the visual applications of enchanted weapons on enemy NPCs is a lot more visually satisfying. I want to see that my enemy is being electrocuted or engulfed in flames.

And I thought the influx of these guys was too much when Oblivion was announced. Congrats on the new fan ship, Bethesda.

Flaming swords are sort of cliche. Instead of that, I'd rather have a flame-enchanted weapon have red inscriptions, lining, and decor along the blade. Sort of like the decoration on an ebony longsword, but shining red instead of gold.

This thread makes absolutely no sense, nor does the poll.
Seems to be a trend with you, though. <_<

And Dragon Age?

Come on man you know I don't like that game, although they did have one thing I liked, and that was the interesting slow mo animation jump on dragon's head and kill it thing, but that is all

and their magic weapon effects were terrible
