I'm a level 10 Nord, equipped with Ebony and Orcish armour and weapons...yet I still don't have a magical weapon. The only magical armour I've got is my cuirass, which I found. What exactly do I have to do in order to start applying magical enhancements to my stuff? I'm already part of the mages guild, done loads of quests yet I still don't have this ability.

Also, is there a shop which sells magical armour and weapons?

You can purchase magical items from the Mages Guild once you are a certain rank. The stock is random though can include weapons and armor. You can make magic items with the Mages Guild's Item Maker once you are of sufficient rank. Doing quests alone will not give you rank promotions in a guild--you must also raise certain "guild skills". In the Mages Guild, it would be any magic skill. For specifics, you can go to the UESP (uesp.net) or the Beginner's Guide (http://www.tesguides.com/tes2/index.htm)

Thank you for the reply. I guess my problem was I was only doing the quests. I'm on my last main quest mission so I'm trying to do everything I haven't done yet.

It's not all that odd to not come across magical weaponry, as magic items in general are quite rare. They look awesome, though.

Yeah I know, but I found that I'm no longer hooked on a game if I beat the main quest. I can start over with no problems though.

I haven't come across any magic weapons unfortunately, and I WANT that blue glow on my longsword dammit!
