OK I'm sorry if this is annoying but I've googled my ass off trying to find an answer.

Something is affecting my magicka - it is red. No I'm not wearing anything, diseased, a vampire or wearwolf.

Methinks it is the result of installing and uninstalling a mod. Which one? I don't remember.

I've tried console dispelallspells, preying at shrines, cure disease, etc and no dice.

Anything I can do on the console to fix this? Sorry if I've missed something obvious and thanks in advance

This may seem obvious but under magic have you looked at all 'active effects'? One of them should be magic damaging.. Maybe a disease or something you're wearing etc.
