Is there a mod that recharges magicka over time, which depends on your magical skills and such? Don't want anything too overpowering that recharges your whole magicka in minutes, but a nice steady refill that is well balanced and would fit well with a mage character.

Personally, I feel that ALL of the regen mods out there are way too fast. I modded the rate in GCD (which includes its own magicka regeneration) to about 1/4 of the default, and did likewise to Fair Magicka Regen, which I use for types of characters where I use MADD Leveler instead of GCD. The former gives you a shallow magicka pool, but fills it fairly quickly, so you can throw a couple of spells, then you've got to wait around for a short while for it to replenish, which makes early magical-based combat almost impossible. The latter combination gives you a considerably deeper pool, but it refills rather slowly, forcing you to be a bit more "strategic" with your use of it. With the inclusion of a "necessities" mod, that means you can't just go around sleeping 16 hours of every day to replenish your magicka, or constantly "napping" between combats.

The regeneration rate increases as your magic skills and especially Willpower increases. GCD also allows your skills and attributes to go over 100, so your Mage's potential is endless... The regeneration rate, even at higher levels, is pretty slow though. It might be possible to tweak it with the right console command, I never tried.
