My character has found a set of Vampire Armor that has a 150% Magicka Regen enchantment on it. I don't recall ever being able to enchant Magicka Regen that high. Is it is possible, without using the restoration glitch?

Or am I crazy? Still...

is that per the entire set of clothes? Also, some items that have been placed are better than the player can manage without glitching
