Hit me up and let's kill some goblins (and each other!)

I actually watched that the other day and was laughing my ass off. "Heal him heal him! AH! HEAL ME!"

I wish you could group people together on your Steam friends list. Are you both part of the Elder Scrolls Steam group?

Ummm...My girlfriend is gonna be over for the next two nights (maybe just tonight depending) then I'm going to West Virginia with my roommate, so I'll basically be out of town until Sunday lol. I actually was able to play online for a few minutes last night. It went pretty well until Magicka crashed. Lightning Bolt + Teammate running forward = Exploding Wizard.

We'll have to get Ventrillo or something so we can talk during the game.

You can poke on Steam now? lol I have actually used Steam voice chat before. Can you do a group Steam voice chat? Like all 4 of us get into a chat and then enable voice?

No, but SivartusTheMage is my Steam.

And we can just use the voice chat on steam.

A few more days...

Totalbiscuit got his hands on a beta version of Vietnam, and he's playing through it with the usual group of suicidal wizards http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iSE7QcWMDVQ.

Well, Saurok and I played a little yesterday. It was pretty fun, minus the lag. Definitely breezed through a lot of it that single player made hard. I definitely learned a lot of spells and tricks and I showed him how to get the Master Sword (then I got charged off the side of a cliff and lost it...drats). We were outside of the castle when it lagged up so bad that we couldn't play.

Oh, Saurok, I found out that my Steam was screwed up. I tried to test my mic through the settings and it was lagging, so I restarted Steam and it worked fine.

How are the controls with mouse and keyboard for this? I see it can be played with a gamepad but I only have my Logitech Rumblepad 2 and from what i read only the Xbox 360 controller is supported, anyone know if it will still work?

Very tempted to buy this now but I am on such a limited budget I am not sure yet.

Meh, it appears Vietnam is really only two challenge maps. But what the heck, it's only 4 bucks. That's two maps for half the price of a CoD pack, and the money is being pumped into a franchise milking manufacturer. And the maps were really, really fun to play. ^_^

The game is a lot better when using mouse + keyboard IMO.

As far as the Vietnam expansion goes, it is fun, but a little short.

Anyone have any tips for dealing with the snow trolls at the start of chapter 11? I'd like to finish my singleplayer playthrough but I'm getting stuck here. They're hard to kill, they walk pretty fast, and if they pick you up you're screwed.
