So .. he is in Morrowind, Oblivion, now in Skyrim. Is he a God or what? 500 - 300 Years have passed and he is still alive wondering Skyrim now? How is that?

M'aiq has always been a character that points out the flaws in the game, makes fun of the game and defends the game from people who complain in the forums, he is there for comedic purposes. Also, M'aiq himself says that his father and grandfather shared his name, so the player can assume that there have been other M'aiq theLiars in the past. Hope that helps ;D

M'aiq's grandfather was a different sort. He acquired his nickname "the Liar" honestly, as it were, because his advice was always bad, and his facts always wrong. His son and grandson, however, offer a mix of in-jokes and good advice.
