I hope I'll help here. I already tried to contact the Crytek due the mail which the wrote into the FAQ.
But no responds at all.

So maybe someone of you (or maybe a staff member!? [if there's actually one who reads the forum and help guys like me now]) can help me.
I need a mail change and I need to know who to get the limited edition key to work.
If i want to redeem it, then I'll just get the message that the promotion key isn't found.
Purchase history just shows me an error.
So I actually paid for something which I can't use now?
I searched the forum, tons of topics like this but actually not a real solution for the problem.
Last time I checked here was at the Crysis2 release, at least you fixed the login problems a bit.

I hope I'll get some help and not just being ignored like via the mail.

Don't get my wrong guys, I'm just a bit angry and sad that I can't use that what I paid for. Sorry but you should be able to understand it.
