But the NPC will not order the attack and says there needs to be more power, but I can clearly see that there is sufficient power for the transmitter. I think this needs to be addressed a patch in the near future because it halts you from progressing in the main story line. And you can't use the artillery. Unless anyone knows how to fix it on the Xbox One?
