You know, I don't think anyone's really tried to figure out what http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HoSV1CERCr0 (skip to 2:44) part of the theme is in english. We know the "Dragonborn, Dragonborn, by his honor..." part. My take on it is:

And the Scrolls, have foretold
Of dark wings, in the cold
That when brothers, wage war
Unfuuuuuuurrrrlllll
ALDUIN, bane of kings, ancient shadow unbound

So, let's try to translate it!

That is all good and well but, it isn't an actual language, so it can be anything, which means we can only guess.

Yes, but certain parts don't seem to fit the flow of the theme...
