So, this is my second playthrough of NV. I'm currently at lvl 29. Anywho, i was very well liked by the BoS since i completed all of their Still in the Dark missions and am idolized by the NCR. So, i fast travelled to Hidden Valley so i can trigger the second dialogue for the Ede My Love Mission so i can get him upgraded.

I COMPLETELY forgot that i had on NCR Police armor and that Boone was wearing his upgraded sniper armor he got when we completed the Bitter Springs quest.

I walk in, like i usually do, and am completely baffled as to why they're shooting me on site. I mean, I was so good with these guys that they gave me a key to their safehouse.

And like i said, this is my second playthrough of NV, so i should have KNOWN better than to wear NCR armor in there but i just completely forgot. Also, my most recent hard save was 5 hours ago and i've done a lot since then so i'd rather not have to do that.

Is there anyway to fix this? I've tried waiting 24 hours, taking off the NCR armor, making Boone wait outside and then walking back in...but they were still hostile.

I mean, that's the only thing that could have pissed them off...because i don't recall killing any of them or anything. I was very well liked by the BoS up until about 5 min ago. Now i've gained infamy and my status with them is "soft-hearted devil."

Sorry Bro I did the same except with Arcade and Ede. We had our Enclave kit and the Paladin patrol went ape stuff. Next thing I know Arcade and Ede have wiped them out and my rep changed permanently. Like you I didn't want to go back. So I turned their turrets on them and proceeded to clean them out.

If you want to broker peace you will need to go back the 5hours.

Well for a quick fix (I'm honestly not sure if this even works on Brotherhood members, and you may not even have a set of it) you could try and wear some of their faction armor (assuming you got the training for it.) to get inside and see if you can slip by with that. Again it may or may not work, but could be worth a shot.

If they attacked you when you entered the bunker then you could have reloaded the autosave as it on default, unless you changed the default, auto-saves on travel, which means entering new cells (interiors) as well.

If you didn't reload that save and has now overwritten it by exiting that interior or entering the actual Mojace Chapter interior and you don't want to reload to 5 hours ago then remember the RPG rule: Always make hard saves.

well, i had to make the decision to just obliterate the place. went in, killed everyone, then blew it up. i liked them too.

but, believe me, i tried to reload to my auto save first. but then i realized i had already exited the door and reloading the auto save just took me back to right after boon killed Paladin Ramos. :/

i know, like i said, this isn't my first time playing the game and i KNEW better than to not make a more recent hard save. i normally do, but i completely forgot. just like i forgot about the ncr armor.

but oh well, hidden valley bunker is no more thanks for your help guys.

You could've tried leaving and waiting ~3 days before returning, if you hadn't shot anyone and lost rep.
You also could've tried dismissing Boone, as I think he can trigger hostile reactions from the BoS.

I didnt think Enclave armour was faction related,unless your using a mod or something.
