I'm a PS3 gamer and have been normally playing online as usual when i suddenly ended up completely glitched out and out of the map in PIER 17, CRASH SITE mode. Luckily, i have captured everything on video as i was recording my gameplay using my HD capture device. I am presently awaiting my video to complete rendering; i will then upload it to YouTube and have the link posted in this thread.

This is definitely a major bug since some malicious gamers could try to reproduce and exploit this odd glitch in order to earn unfair kills and ruin the overall online gaming experience.

Same thing happened to me earlier

I'm going to assume it happens when you receive damage during the ledge grab animation
