I found this major bug that basically makes it so you can't progress any further in the Stormcloak's questline. I was doing the quest "Liberation of Skyrim" where you have to travel to a camp and speak to Galmar Stone-fist after you liberate Falkreath Hold. He gives you a quest called "Compelling Tribute". When I got this quest, I decided to take a break from the stormcloak's questline and do something else instead. When I decided to come back to it, I looked in my quest log and saw "Compelling Tribute" in the completed section, only I didn't even complete a single objective for that quest (there was only one objective present and it was gray, signifying that I did not do it).

So now I can't progress in the "Liberation of Skyrim" quest because "Compelling Tribute" glitched out. Did anyone else encounter this bug? Is there a way to fix it?
