So after I got the message about ED-E from the brotherhood of steel in Freeside the game started behaving oddly. The Pipboy won't pull up and I can't pull any weapons up either. Is there a way to fix this without reloading my last save? I would really love to not have to re do several hours of work.

I don't mean to bump but, I'd really apreciate some advice on this.

Does reloading from the last save work? If not, then copy your saves and reload the game.
