Major plot hole -_____-

My god contacti, your just a crytek hating little bich for the sake of being one.

Can't be arsed to debunk most of your ****, but the fact of the matter is simple. All stories have improbabilities, ranging from LoTR to the Da vinci code. The job of a reader isn't to debunk a story, but to try and understand it. If a story becomes un-understandable, that's when there is plot holes.

Not to mention most of your 'plot holes' are based around information not given. That isn't a plot hole, that's called focus. There's a reason the LoTR trillogy didn't go into detail on what exactly happened afterwards to the remaining dwarves from the hobbit, because that wasn't the focus of the story, the same as what happened to Psycho wasn't the focus of what happened in Crysis 2, and why Alcatraz's training wasn't the focus of Crysis 1. Crysis 2 is about Prophet, NY, and Alcatraz.

Nanosuit 2.0 is overall more powerful, even ignoring the lore behind it (You're making the classic mistake/being a little bich, of mixing gameplay changes with lore changes), the ability to switch rapidly and adapt in combat. (Something the previous system would never allow) is far more useful then the ability to throw grenades far. (He can still punch through stuff, just there isn't really an abundance of flimsy Korean huts in the middle of NY, and Nanosuit 1.0 never said you could punch through solid brick/concrete (Which is what most of RL NY builds are made from). Not to mention it's a game. In all game storylines there is always a sacrifice between story and something looking cool. (For instance, how the hell did they keep hitting a island with a nuke 'Under wraps?' in crysis 1, there are limits to coverups). The fact is the new suit design looks cooler, and at the end of the day, that's all that really matters.

Overall it isn't that hard to piece together the story that's been told, and although there are unanswered questions, I very much doubt the stories finished yet.

So your argument is "you're being a little bich"? You are good at this. The classic knee jerk reaction of a fanboy. Too bad you missed the point of my post. I am not hating on Crytek. I'm actually a fan of theirs and I'm okay with the story. I just think that guy is being a douche to everyone for no reason and he doesn't even make sense, so why is he commenting as though it's the be all-end all?

I want you to 'debunk my ****', though. Where am I wrong? I was talking about plot holes in one or two points, not the entire thing.

I mean, if you svcked at using the first nanosuit, that's your problem. If you couldn't change between suit modes quickly it's because of you, not the mechanics. If you're bad enough think strength mode is only for throwing grenades far, you shouldn't be commenting on gameplay. And why are you being a hypocrite?

Nanosuit 2.0 is overall more powerful, even ignoring the lore behind it (You're making the classic mistake/being a little bich, of mixing gameplay changes with lore changes), the ability to switch rapidly and adapt in combat.

You're contradicting yourself, mixing gameplay changes and so according to you 'being a little bich' in the one sentence. And you're still wrong. The only way the second suit is stronger is with armour and cloak, and that wasn't part of the discussion.

At least read this part properly. I don't mind the story and the game is fun. I was originally discussing someone else's opinions, not what I think of the game itself.

people say nanosuit 2 is an upgrade?
how is it? (oh wait it has a "2" herp derp)

Nanosuit 1:
Strength mode
Armour Mode
Cloak Mode
Speed mode

Nanosuit 2:
"Power"
Armour
Cloak

Since when is less more?

Anyhow... Power VS Speed/Strength... You are nowhere near as powerfull in Crysis 2 in "power" than you were in crysis 1 in strength.
It takes more melle shots to kill people and recoil isnt reduced in Power mode when it was in Strenght mode...
As to speed... You move slowly and when you sprint its basically Crysis 1 spring x1.2 with Energy Drain... WTF?
Who wants an upgraded suit to lack something the original had - no energy drain when sprinting...
Also you move so much slower than speed mode in Crysis 1... In speed mode you could quickly whizz around enemy's MG emplacement and start shooting them in the back before they had a chance to react...

Also as to the visual Nanosuit 2.0 design - Its bulkier looking with less detail...
Take a look at Image
sorry if picture didnt fit screen... But nanosuit 2 lacks so many things nanosuit 1 had - How about the thrusters at the back which helped Nomad and Prophet in the Zero G enviroment?

Why is the suit so "muscled up" while the power mode is weaker?
Or is it just to look more "bad ass" and appeal visually?
