I would like to know of a solution (if one exists) to an extremely f**king annoying problem that seems to have appeared from nowhere. After not playing the came for a while i started a new game to discover that when i get the caravan deck off Ringo, I cannot play caravan with anyone due to a message that states "you need at least 30 cards to play caravan". He just gave me the deck WTF is going on Bethesda i have looked into it and a few people seem to be having this problem, so why the hell hasn't it been rectified with a patch? I never had these problems when i first got the game so something must have gone wrong in a dlc package or an update? Some help with this (for me) game ruining bug would be appreciated

You are going to have to find your own deck. Perhaps, just adding one or two cards will allow you to use those you have acquired from Ringo.

Did you "set up" your deck? You'll need to choose at least 30 cards out of the total deck in order to play a game. If you don't ever get the option to choose your cards before the game starts, then there must be a bug - but I've never experienced it personally.

My gut tells me you might try clearing and optimizing your game cache then going back to the save before he gives you the deck, see if that works.

He either never gave you the deck, check; PipBoy > misc > card deck.

You're not selecting 30 cards before the game starts. Either select the cards you want or press for a random shuffle.

Ha i never play caravan i'm unable to win, i've always been good at shooting stuff.

I have the caravan deck in my inventory and the cards he gives me as well, but when I try to play him or anyone else it doesnt load the caravan game interface a message just pops up in top left corner of screen saying you need at least 30 cards to play which I have. (joe rydar it is potentially game breaking for me as I enjoy playing caravan to win caps)

Reload a save prior to getting the deck and try again.
I suspect you aren't actually carrying the pack.
