MAJOR Settlement Happiness bug.

This concerns Fallout 4 on the PC.

So when moving too far away from ANY settlement, though for some reason Sanctuary seems to have this problem more often, my food, water, and even settler count dips down. For example I have 45 food and twenty settlers and like 50 water. My defense is over 200. No one is attacking Sanctuary and I spoke to EVERY settler, and they have no problems/ quests to give. This is an issue for many players from what I've seen and the only workaround is to build a wooden structure and place everything inside of your wooden structure. Works for everything but water. That's unacceptable though with places like Sanctuary and Sunshine co-op with ample pre-existing structures.

Additionally, though for every other settlement the problem is fixed when I fast travel back to the settlement For some reason sanctuary now CONSTANTLY has a red arrow next to happiness despite having enough beds/resources/defense. This is ruining the game for me because I can't focus on exploring I CONSTANTLY have to go babysit my settlements. I'm getting close to just returning it.

How do I bring this to the attention of someone who can do something about this?

You cant cause they dont care to fix anything. Game has 100 things to fix and half of them are just rushed unfinished ideas. 5th day without patch that correct something.... You can way for mod community thou, they know what they are doing and i think they will sort it out sooner then later.

on the other note it doesnt rly matter what is your happiness in village cause it change nothing :)

hapiness is more than just if they have the right resources.. they also need decoration and shops to keep them happy... give them radios/tv/shops to shop at and hapiness will rise.

I have one of the best type of every shop. I have numerous chairs, tables, a jukebox that is powered. I know for a fact the tv does NOT increase happiness. I also did an experiment. My drive-in has NO decorations. Just shops, defense, food, water, beds with roofs. Their happiness is not declining. Furniture does not seem to affect happiness.

This is a confirmed bug. There are two solutions that seem to be working for people.

Walk out side the bounds of the settlement before fast-traveling out of it. This works probably 90% of the time.
Scrap all the TV's and Jukeboxes. I haven't tried this yet, but other people have reported that this solves the problem, and the problem didn't start for me until I build a TV.

@ Prodigyx : hmm I just had this "problem" for the first time in my playthrough and I plugged the TV maybe 30 minutes before (TV was there for a while but no electricity, woopsie). I'll see if it happen again once I remove it. Thank you.

@ Pezol : 5 days without a patch... after release.... like... the worst time possible to rush something. There is no point in rushing a patch without testing it thoroughly.
