I was wanting to make a NCR trooper character based out of Camp McCarran and it didn't really make sense from the role playing side to keep going into New Vegas every time I wanted to sleep. Would anyone know if there's a console command in Hard Core mode to make a bed count as owned so that crippled limbs will heal? (Already tried 'setownership' but it didn't work for me.)

You could just use hydra or doctors back, it isn't that expensive.
