Alright everyone, inspired by a few topics on these forums, I've decided to make a topic in which everyone can show their main Fallout 3 character in the most detailed way possible. A character sheet. I'll make it easy for you guys by making a draft version. Simply copy/paste this when you post. Take your time, and enjoy! These can be alot of fun and put your character into perspective, so you know what you want them to do better. Here's the draft. You may edit out certain portions if it is not applicable to your character.

History: Born and raised in a small town in the middle of the Wastes, wiped away from existence by a Super Mutant raid. Aidan was only 15 at the time, and his entire family was slaughtered in-front of him, as he cowered in a closet. Later found by Slavers and taken in to be sold, but escaped during the transaction. 10 years passed since, and Aidan is looking for a way to survive the harsh wastes. His father was a man of the cloth, and taught him about doing right. He taught him values, morals, and instilled a strict, undying code within him. His faith was shaken when he witnessed their deaths, but takes assurance in the fact that there is someone watching up there.

Personality: Open hearted and generous, due to his fathers teachings, yet cynical and sarcastic as a result of the conditions he has to live with in the Wasteland. He only uses his sarcasm as a way to relieve tension from situations, and otherwise is a very kind and humble being. Grizzled, and will do whatever is required of him, but compassionate at the same time.

Motives: Turning the Wastes into a better place, by any means necessary. One bullet at a time.

Fears: Dunwich Building

Family: Father, Mother, Sister, Uncle, Aunt, Cousin, Mentor by the name of Abdul-Hakim Jenkins

Traits/Tendencies: Addiction to Hard Liquor, especially Whiskey. Smoker.

Attire: On a usual day, just a Merc Grunt Outfit and Eyeglasses, but when out in the Wastelands, he dons an old Regulator Coat, and Sunglasses.

Favored Weapons: Well trained in all weaponry, but prefers his Chinese Assault Rifle and Lincoln's Repeater, he found within the Museum of History. If caught without it, he is not entirely incapable with his fists. Skilled in Pistol-Play with Revolvers.

Factions: Brotherhood of Steel Sympathizer, Enclave Sympathizer, Ghoul Sympathizer, Regulator.

Notable Perks: Commando, Mister Sandman, Strong Back, Mysterious Stranger, Sniper, Lawbringer, Grim Reapers Sprint, Ninja, Party Boy.

Motives: He is just trying to get by, but at the same time help the people he meets.

Fears: He fears nothing. Not a thing in the wastes can scare him. Not even a Behemoth is enough to make him crawling back to home.

Family: He has no living family that he knows of.

Notable Mental Features/Tendencies/Traits: He really likes Nuka-Cola. In fact, he has a large collection of unopened Nuka-Cola and Nuka-Cola Quantum bottles.

Attire: He usually wears a Wasteland Wanderer Outfit, but for the big battles he puts on his Winterized T-51b Power Armor.

Favored Weapons: A3-21's Plasma Rifle, the Ol' Painless, Lincoln's Repeater and the Heavy Incinerator are among his favourites.

Scars/Markings/Tattoos:a A few patterns on shoulders and hips, not normally visible. There is also a scar on her head from some wasteland surgery, but it is quite hidden since her hair has grown back

Notable Physical Features/Traits:

Large, bushy tail, very brightly colored, and all sorts of oddities happen when power armor/hats/masks/etc are worn.

History:
She doesn't remember specifics All she remembers of her early life is leaving Vault 101 some time in 2277, egged on by the successful escapes of two other Vault residents, one of which she was a friend of, and an insane desire to see the world outside. Once in the wastes, however, she has made a name for herself fighting the good fight, and for stealing anything that isn't nailed down. She's known to shoot on sight and ask questions ten years later if she comes across slavers, raiders, Enclave, and many wasteland critters. A few Brotherhood soldiers have died by her hand, as well, mostly for addressing her as "Sir Knight", to which she takes great offense. Super Mutants are a favorite foe, as she has used hundreds of pulse grenades blowing the pants clean off the brutes. Literally.

Today she lives a somewhat peaceful life in Tenpenny Tower, after having assassinated it's entire guard staff and previous management. She frequently leaves her suite, usually via jet pack from the external balcony as opposed to heading down the elevator, to go out into the wasteland and explore. Rumor has it she has amassed a fortune in excess of 750,000 bottlecaps as well as an arsenal large enough to supply the Brotherhood for months, however nobody can get into her suite and find out. When asked directly she just replies "Enough to buy whatever I want, whenever I want, from whomever I want". She is also known to make regular trips to Megaton, and in particular Craterside Supply. Seems she's quite friendly with the shop owner there.
Personality:

Random, violent, suicidally curious and quite bored. Also insanely loyal to the select few people she associates with.

Motives:

Just wants to live in peace. By any means necessary.

Fears:
Teddy Bears. It's inexplicable. Of all the things in the Wasteland to fear, most of which she has met several times over, she fears teddy bears. Those garden gnomes also tend to creep her out a bit. As for actual threats, perhaps the only two would be Liberty Prime's programming going nuts and listing her a target and Fawkes deciding it's time to go feral as his brethren seem to do. There's a good reason for the second fear, as she outfitted Fawkes with the second of four M2 Brownings she has found in the Wasteland, and she knows how quickly it could cut her in half. Literally.

Family:

Either dead or missing. She doesn't know for sure, as she was bopped on the head by a Behemoth and lost the first 16 years or so, and the next two or three are somewhat fuzzy.

Notable Mental Features/Tendencies/Traits:

Insanely curious, she will investigate just about anything that's shiny. She also likes things that go boom, cut other things, make other things go boom, and other such tools of violence. Oh, and she has a penchant for metal. So much of one, in fact, that she scavved up some metal records for Three Dog to play. She also takes great pride in the condition of her equipment, rarely allowing anything to degrade to 75% condition. As a result, her weapons are in near-immaculate condition with few scratches and nearly no rust. Her PipBoy, as well, is in absolute pristine condition, lavished with a custom paint job and a new screen after the old one cracked. Her apparel is also similarly pristine, she doesn't wear wasteland rags. She has a particular hatred for Talon, as they killed her friend from the Vault without a second thought, leaving her to take up their quests instead.

Attire:

Depends on mood and level of safety. Everything from a T-51b to a bikini.

Favored Weapons:

All-time favorite? M2 Browning HMG, even though it weighs more than she does. Just something about managing to hang onto that thing gets the adrenaline going, and then there's shredding a Behemoth as easily as one dispatches a bloatfly.

However she normally carries an AK47, M1 Garand, M82A3, crowbar and Smith and Wesson 500, as lugging around a 115 pound machine gun is a bit of a strain. She's also quite fond of her Fat Man tactical nuclear catapult, which she uses mostly to entertain herself as opposed to in combat.

Factions:

BoS, herself

Perks:
The ones typically used are Strong Back, Live Giver, Scrounger and Fortune Finder.

Level: I'm going to give you her midgame general profile, so I'll say 10 atm.

Weight: Hmmmm.... I don't know how to guess stuff like that, so I'll just say 'average', but her agility's pretty good. So she'd have to be a bit fitter than average.

Hairstyle/Hair Color: Wendy the Welder - it's the closest I can get to long - brightest orange I can manage.

Eye Color: Green

Scars/Markings/Tattoos: Genera beat up, no distinct marks.

Notable Physical Features/Traits: Huge eyes, always at highest setting. Constantly looks terrified. :'D

Takes up slaving until Clover dies and she realises what a [censored] she is. Doc Barrows gets her off the jet, she kills greta for charon's contract and they've been stuck together for good or ill ever since.
By the way, just so YOU TWO know: There's no bumming involved, Charon... hates her. XDDD

Personality: Ridiculously naive, somewhat ignorant, has to be sneaky or she'd get her face smashed in. She's not what you'd call 'tough'. Can't understand why everyone can't just get on.

Motives: Well, she doesn't know what she's doing just yet. I was thinking, maybe we should go empty Paradise Falls in celebration of charon's freedom.

Fears: The Family ("Vampires?! You're... you're joking, right?! RIGHT?!"), Feral ghouls, metro tunnels.

Family: Just dad.

Notable Mental Features/Tendencies/Traits: I think I covered her pretty much but I'll point out she's useless in combat situations without backup.

Attire: Merc Charmer. Any sims players want it, lemme know. :D

Favored Weapons: Scoped .44's.

Factions: Outcast. She decided if she can't trust Enclave, who's to say she can trust a direct opposite? Hell, at least Outcast are honest about their empty cup of care.

Perks: Black Widow (talking your way out of Burke's plan = win), Grim Reaper's Sprint.

History: Left the vault in search of his father, after all is said and done, after exploring the Capital Wasteland, he went into early retirement. With his adventures in the end having left him with over 30,000 caps, he bought a room at Tenpenny Tower, he moved away from Megaton and now lives a quiet and comfortable life in his room, staring out the window, reading pre-war novels, and writing his memoirs. He's never lost his good nature he had when he was in the vault, but he chose the tower due to its safety. He leaves from time to time to visit Underworld, of which is a well recognized face, and welcomed by all ghouls in the city of Underworld.

Personality: Good natured, quick to make annoyed, of which he will likely call you an a-hole and tell you to screw off. Beyond that, he helps all who come to him in plight. He lives in bitter reminescence as he remembers the love he briefly shared with a girl, who when later went to visit, found murdered in her settlement courtest of Talon Company slaying the entire village. Is quite perceptive and has a way with words. Enjoys reading and pre-war objects.

Motives: At this point, nothing but inhaling a faint whiff of Pre-War life in Tenpenny Tower.

Fears:Feral Ghouls in dark places.

Family: None anymore.

Notable Mental Features/Tendencies/Traits: Animal Friend trait, very persuasive and has a way with words and prefers words over war, but skilled in small arms combat.

Attire: Pre-War Relaxed Wear with reading glasses, which have fake lenses to enhance the 'gentle' look he loves. Dirty and Grimy Pre-War Business Attire, to look classy and sophisticated. Combat Armor and Combat Helmet and Goggles when in the battlefield.

Favored Weapons: In the field he prefers the Chinese Assault Rifle and the Sniper Rifle. At home and in settlements he prefers a 10mm pistol with a silencer attached.

Factions:Brotherhood of Steel (Though he comes and goes and doesnt really follow the whole thing like others do), Friend of Underworld. Former Resident of Megaton, but after he disarmed the bomb, he moved to Tenpenny Tower for safety and seclusion, Friend of the Outcasts, and Friend of the Freed Slaves.

Perks: Animal Friend, Lady Killer, Child at Heart, Lead Belly, Explorer

History: Well, when he left Vault 101 he wanted to look for his dad and read on Moriarty's terminal he went to the Galaxy News Radio Station. When he decided to go there he had half of the Wasteland Survival Guide finished and found a dog to keep at a junkyard. After he went there and talked to the he found out about Point Lookout and decided to go there for a while. After he came back he joined the Regulators and Reilly's Rangers. But he is now hunted by Talon Company. He found out where his dad is but is currently busy exploring the D.C. area with Dogmeat and Charon. It's been three months since he left Vault 101.

Personality: Normally a upbeat sarcastic guy but will threaten to slit your throat in your sleep if provoked.

Motives: He has a hatred for Talon Company because of their actions. Specifically wiping out an entire town. Because of this he has eliminated several of their outposts. And feels he isn't done yet.

Fears: Giant Radscorpions. Especially Albinos.

Family: Alive? Dad.

Notable Mental Features/Tendencies/Traits: Tends to think about something entirely different then what someone is talking to him about.

Attire: For combat, Ranger Battle Armor. For settling, Wasteland Settler Outfit.

Favored Weapons: The Victory Rifle and Xuanlong Assault Rifle as primaries. I have a .32 pistol in case I run out of ammo.

Factions: Regulators and Reilly's Rangers. (if they are a faction.)

Perks: Child at Heart and Mister Sandman.

I also have Bobbleheads. But not Intense Training. In case if you were wondering.

Here is a character in which I have been working on for a while and this may contain spoilers so read at your own risk :P

Name: Nova Terra

Age: 19

six: Female

Race: Terran (Caucasian)

History: Raised in by a rich family in Tennpenny Tower. As a young girl, she was transferred to Vault 101. At age 16, she took the GOAT exam and was diagnosed with psychic "powers". She had the ability to read other peoples minds, ect. At age 17, she witnessed her father die at the hands of a Vault resident. Her anger cased her to emit psychic powers which enter the brains of everyone in the room, besides her own, and causing it to explode, which resulted in the death of the murderer and her own brother. At age 19 she escaped the Vault and went up north to the Pitt and was trained by the small BoS squad known as the Scourge Ops. It seemed there were two other people with psychic powers as well. Nova and them were trained to be the most lethal assassins that the scorched earth has ever seen. They were called the Psychic Ops. From there they were sent on BoS missions that the regular recruits could not even try to manage. Nova was made Captain of the team. After the assassination of Enclave president; John Henry Eden, the wasteland began to refer to the Psychic Ops as Ghosts... they could enter or leave any building without being detected. The assassinations were clean and quick.

Personality: Sometimes shy, but brave in combat. Has a good heart and is protective for those she cares about. Hard worker as well.

Motives: Love and Death.

Fears: Her own anger

Family: Mother died during birth and Nova was never told her name. Father was never around in her early childhood. She had an older brother who was killed by her anger.

Notable Mental Features/Tendencies/Traits: Psychic.

Attire: Various stealth suits, BoS Pitt Armor.

Favored Weapons: Sniper Rifle.

Factions: BoS Psychic Ops.

Main Perks: Intense Training, Sniper, Finesse, Commando.


For the perks, I don't think I can name them all off the top of my head. I really enjoy this character, all thought some of this couldn't actually be done ion the game, I felt that a good story would improve my character and give it more of a feel that I have for her and the way it would have happened if all this stuff could actually be done in the game. The idea was received from one of my favorite games of all time; Starcraft.

History: At the age of 10, Alice was abandoned at Tenpenny Tower. Having no room of her own, she spent most of her time outside the walls, coming back only to sell and offload her daily pickings. The other residents looked down on her due to the fact she was not wealthy or high class, but put up with her due to the fact that her parents bought her way in, and once inside, they all looked after each other.

One day, the tower's butcher proposed that she gather human meat in exchange for caps. A bit thrown off at first, she accepted his offer and began raking in caps by butchering raiders. Over time, she strayed from raiders, and added the innocent to her shopping list.

After a few months of collecting flesh, her reputation as a murderer spread and Alice was contacted by Littlehorn and Associates with the proposal of collecting the ears off the innocent in exchange for caps. She accepted the offer, but this also gave her an idea of her own. Realizing there was a market out there for the lives of others, she decided to make a profit on this and went into hiding with Eve deep in downtown DC. Now, Alice makes a living as a hired gun with Eve as her accomplice and photographer as well as her contact with clients. Word of her work spread quickly and receives multiple targets per week from high payers.

Personality: Friendly and laid back, but won't hesitate to put a knife through your eye if you wrong her.

Motives: Live comfortably and happy through any means necessary.

Fears: Robots and Regulators.

Family: Alice's only known living relative is her older brother, who currently resides at The High Sea Caravansery, though he refuses to aid her in any way or even acknowledge her as family.

Notable Mental Features/Tendencies/Traits: Always plays it safe and professional.

Scars/Markings/Tattoos: A weird looking, gnarly scar on his right hand in the web between his thumb and forefinger... freshly healed. Needless to say, he didn't know how to shoot an auto loading pistol the first time he found one.

Notable Physical Features/Traits: Walks with a slight limp in the left leg at the knee, from a nasty fall that hasn't quite healed completely. Also, a slight facial tick around his right eye... never mind you.

Personality: Quiet, reserved. Doesn't trust anyone easily. Prefers being alone to having to constantly guard himself from betrayal.

Motives: "When I catch up with dad, the first thing I'm gonna do is bust him square in the mouth for leaving me holding the bag like he did. Then I'm gonna hug him."

Fears: Radroaches. Woke up in the middle of the night one time, and had one crawling across his face. Sleeps with his head under the blanket now.

Family: Dad

Notable Mental Features/Tendencies/Traits: Avoids trouble when he can, kills whatever is causing it when he can't. Walks softly but carries a big gun.

Attire: A customized set of leather armor. Prefers mobility and stealth to protection.

Favored Weapons: Reservist's Rifle with a silencer. An Uzi with an extended clip, laser sight and silencer. The Blackhawk.

Factions: None.

Perks: Most notably, Daddy's Boy, Gun Nut, and Child at Heart.

Explored the Wastelands for word of my father. Watched my Father die shortly after he told me that he was disappointed in me for blowing up Megaton (I think it was because he wasn't there to see the explosion). Decided that my main quest was now meaningless so I set out to explore every inch of the capital. Grew weary of the snobs that lived in Tenpenny and Susan Lancaster's constant sixual advances became too much. I decided to help Roy Phillips and a bunch of Ghouls break into the Towers. I live next to Roy now.... and Mister Burke??. I didn't have either of them down as the type but I'm not one to judge, plus they seem like they're really in love. However, recently their constant arguing at night has prevented me from becoming well rested so if they don't resolve the issues in their relationship I may have to kill them both,.. or maybe just Burke, I haven't decided yet.

Personality: Exihibits classic sociopathic tendencies. Goes through bouts of cold calculative behaviour then randomly switches to rash, visceral actions. Never says what he thinks, his words are always used to try and manipulate the situation to his advantage. Only shows any compassion for children and it is that which keeps him from really being as evil as his karma rating says he is.

Motives: Rely on no-one.

Fears: Trusting people. I even think the Mysterious Stranger will shoot me in the back if I let my guard down.

Family: All dead.

Notable Mental Features/Tendencies/Traits: Enjoys the kill, prefers to know and dislike the person first for maximum satisfaction. Only motivation for helping someone is the knowledge that whatever he is doing to help is probably annoying someone else.

Attire: Most commonly wears a Regulator duster and due to his myopia so has to wear eye-glasses. He took the lenses out of some and put them in some Bicycle goggles for when he's in the wastelands.

He pulled up his pipboy and played "Blow me away" by Breaking Benjamin as he kicked the asses of Super mutants, Enclave, Outcasts, Raiders, and everything inbetween. He dawned the badass Hellfire armor and the dreadfully powerful Vengeance and blew the [censored] out of the Adams Air Base. He then realized that he had piles and piles of stuff and more than 60,000 caps. He and Sarah Lyons then started The New DC Enclave, a faction that brought justice to the wastes of Washington. The Regulators joined, along with the DC Brotherhood and Enclave remnants.

Personality: Cocky, awesome, insanely awesome, cool, super cool, and badass.

Motives: He just does what he wants to.

Family: He's chasing a long-lost brother,he's impregnated thousands of women, and the rest are dead.

Notable Mental Features/Tendencies/Traits: Thinks he is the best, which he is, he is just awesome. A hoarder, he collects everything that isn't worth one cap.

Lone Wanderer's story with a twist. Her mother was a descendant of the chinese infiltrator sent to US during the war. She didin't die during childbirth, but lived in Vault 101 with JAmes and her daughter. She also taught Veronica some chinese and some skills she had used with the chinese troops. She died suddenly of an unidentifed disease a year before James leves the Vault (her death was propably the thing that caused James get Project Purity working again).

After escaping the Vault she really had nothing left, and hated her father for putting her in that situation. However among the things her mother had left behind was a location of a major outpost of chinese troops operating outside of the Capital Wasteland area. She traveled there, the few chinese words she remeberd got them to not shoot her on sight, and the rest of her story and the fact she had survived there convinced the commander that it would be a good idea to have an american operative. After many years of training she was sent bak to the wasteland to study the strength, organisation and potential threath of the major factions in the Capital Wasteland area. The scar he got was caused by a knife of her trainer during lunch break, the lesson was "never leave your guard down". She learnt it well. Perhaps too well.

In other words, i chose the "Chinese Infiltrator" alternate start of the FWE mod without using the ghoul race :hehe:)


Personality: Looks out for herself mainly, but is not completely without sympathy for the less fortunate people of the wasteland.

Motives: Has no particular interest what happens to the Capital Wasteland, and as such her decisions value only the short term benefits. For herself.

Fears: She had a near death experience involving a deathclaw, and has since been terrified of them. Thus she rather spends time in the beuatiful downtown DC than the northern parts of the wasteland. Also fears being captured by raiders, slavers or Super Mutants, and always carries a hidden knife in case it ever happens.

Family: Mother dead, father missing, no known siblings or other relatives.

Notable Mental Features/Tendencies/Traits: So cautios it borders on paranoia. She can count the people she truly trust with fingers of one hand and have plenty to left to spare, as such she can't relax while near other people. This has led to few attacks on people that had no intention to do anything to her. Sleeps well only in a room with no windows and a locked door, boobytrapped with explosives, which again has led to further accidents.

Attire: Wasteland Legend outfit, Chinese Stealth Armor, Dragonskin tactical outfit (black). Also some modded clothing and jewelry for town use, clothing always black, jewelry always gold.

Favored Weapons: Zhu-Rong, Desert Eagle (mod), Perforator (the Pitt) and the People's Dragunov (mod)

Factions: Chinese remnant troops

Perks: Silent Running, Sniper, Better Criticals.

Notable Mental Features/Tendencies/Traits: Very smart, and as such excels at using Energy Wepoans, fixing things and using computers. Still surprisingly naive, that someitmes leads to people taking advantage of her actions.

Attire: Merc Adventurer outfit (doesn't mind revealing clothing), Ranger Battle Armor, and Tesla Armor

Favored Weapons: MPLX Novasurge (Mothership Zeta), Metal Blaster (the Pitt), A3-21's Plasma Rifle, Gauss Rilfe (op. Anchorage), Drifter's Laser Rifle (FWE)

History: (Too lazy to go too in detail, since I have to pretty much make it up on the spot because it wouldn't make sense for Bittercup's fan-fic if he was the LW)

Born in 2223 to Colonel Albert Adams (mother was a pure woman, chosen by Albert) on the Oil Rig off the west coast. Before the place was destroyed by the Vault Dweller, the Adams family and many other Enclave members (including high ranking scientist Autumn senior and his son) moved to the Capital Wasteland in hopes of rebuilding the D.C. area.

Jack believed his father and President Eden were great men, and did his best to mirror them. He learned the Enclave's values and intended to be the best patriot he could be. There was no doubt that Jack was intelligent and mature, even at a young age, and many of the Enclave's higher powers saw him having a great future with his good friend Augustus Autumn junior.

And he did indeed have a great future. Even though he did not go as far as Autumn (Augustus was only 1 year older), Jack did reach Lieutenant Colonel -- the highest rank for an officer on the field. Adams was responsible for the many Enclave camps across the Wastes and many of the experiments, too. He had a great mind, a great heart and was a fearsome warrior -- all have served him well. His combat abilities when he was younger and his mind as he aged.

When Jack found out about Colonel Autumn's death (if your fan fic is gonna work, Autumn has to die), he vowed revenge on the Lone Wanderer. Adams was on the field at the when the LW stormed Raven Rock, so that's what saved him from likely death. (for your fan fic, you're gonna to say you let Eden live, because he couldn't restore it any other way -- it'd be demolished completely)
Tears streamed from Jack's eyes as they witnessed Enclave soldiers and Adams' good friends lying in pools of blood. He walked straight past the ZAX console, not knowing it was Eden, and went to Autumn's room. There he found out the truth about Eden. He could have caused the president to self destruct, but that'd be a waste and would probably destroy the base. Instead, he forced Eden to stand down as president and promote himself to the illustrious office. Eden had no choice but to comply.

Since then, he's been slowly rebuilding the Enclave...


Personality:
Jack is thought to be a nice man by those of the Enclave, who will do anything for his country. Amongst those people, that's really perfectly normal. But fools who do not understand the Enclave would likely see him as a bit mad and completely unrealistic. If only they knew...

His father Albert raised Jack well. He was determined and had the heart of a lion... a man never willing to give up. Competative, too -- no one would ever get the best of Jack.

Nonetheless, he's not perfect. Despite wanting to serve his country more than anything else, Jack has no problem putting his own personal desires above other people's feelings or, in some cases, lives. If he can gain something big, then others do not matter. And if he does not get what he wants, then a happy man Jack is not.

Generally, however, Jack is now a calm man, and somewhat willing to listen to reason, if his interest is taken.

Motives:
Like any member of the Enclave, Jack wants to see America restored to its former glory.

Autumn did never reveal Eden's ZAX indentity to Jack, but he did drop hints of his methods to achieve the Enclave's goals. Adams did not agree. Purging anyone and anything with the slightest mutation was ridiculous, in his eyes; there was no point in starting over completely, instead he believed it was best to build on what the Wasteland already had as there was potential there... similar to Autumn.

However, Jack makes it no secret that he feels ghouls are vile, selfish, evil creatures. They do not care for anyone but themselves, and even if they are slightly more friendly, they self-pity themselves to the extent that listening to them is torture. Most are no better than there feral counterparts, and if America were to be restored, it would simply not be right to have zombies roaming the land.
Only ghouls with VERY, VERY special skills will be allowed to live. Every other single one will be exterminated.

Apart from rebuilding the USA, Jack wants to see the LW dead for what she did to his best friend.

Fears: America never being rebuilt; ghouls being treated as equals; excessive amounts of dirt.

Family: Colonel Albert Adams and a women chosen to procreate

Notable Mental Features/Tendencies/Traits: Will begin to flip out if he knows he losing in an argument, as it is something he's not used to. Cringing slightly when the topic of conversation is ghouls. Has a tendancy make long, patriotic speeches... though they probably would not rival Eden's.

Attire: Even though he is now president, he still wears his lieutenant colonel uniform. It is the same as Autumn's outfit but the trenchcoat is black and the clothing underneath is white. It is dotted with a few medals and emblems.

Favored Weapons: Depends on what he wants to use on the day. Either an un-scoped .44 magnum, his personal plasma pistol, or a small SMG. If for whatever reason he had to fight on the field, a Tri-Beam Laser.

Factions: Enclave

Perks: The good ones. It;s pretty easy to get all of them in FO3.

Tagged Skills: Speech, Medicine, Energy Weapons, Small Guns. (these are what I tagged in FO3 -- the 4th was with the perk)

Looking at this, everything apart from 'Personality', 'Motives' and maybe the physical features is different to my FO3 character. But I didn't have a choice -- Bittercup made me!

History: He was raised in Vault 101 and like all the other younger residents, believed that the Wasteland was uninhabitable and was impossible to live in. His life was simple enough, he had a loving father and a caring friend, but also a bully who harassed him constantly and an Overseer who always seemed to hate him no matter what he did. As he got older he discovered that he had a talent for getting others to like him and listen to him, and could manipulate people to get what he wanted. It also helped that his best friend was the Overseer's Daughter. On the GOAT he ended up getting a job as the Vault Frycook which he actually enjoyed doing, and would work at the Diner serving hamburgers and fries to the hungry residents. Then one day his entire life turned upside down when his father ran away from Vault 101 and the entire Security Team was after him. Luckily his friend Amata warned him, and though he regretted it he was forced to kill the Vault Security Guards. After escaping the Vault he kind of snapped and realized that life was never going to be as happy as it used to be, so he started doing whatever he wanted, such as blowing up the town of Megaton for a lot of caps and a luxurious Penthouse Suite, and killing the Ghouls trying to get into Tenpenny Tower for more caps. He even bought himself a personal slave bodyguard from Paradise Falls to protect him on his travels. But after listening to a message left by his father he realized that he did miss his Dad and though he was angry, he at least wanted to search for him and find out if he was OK. Though he knew his Dad would not regonize the well-known monster he has become in the Capital Wasteland.

Personality: A bit passive-aggressive. Never openly admits his true feelings and always acts polite and respectful even towards enemies. Has an interest in Pre-War Culture and collects things related to that era. Also hates getting dirty and would rather have someone else do the hard work.

Motives: A desire to live life happily and to find a purpose.

Fears: His bad deeds catching up with him some day.

Family: His father James, the only person he feels truely connected with and loves. His mother died at childbirth but he never really cared, and his best friend used to be Amata but she chose to stay in the Vault. While she's not truely friend or family, his slave Clover is very loyal and reliable and doesn't seem to mind being a slave like most people. He also has his Robotic Butler Godfrey who does the cooking and cleaning while he's away, and while he and Butch used to be enemies they are now friends, though their friendship is kind of on/off. He also has his loyal dog named Dogmeat.

Notable Mental Features/Tendencies/Traits: A bit obsessive-compulsive and hates filth. He likes Tenpenny Tower because it's a lot cleaner then other settlements, much like the Vault he grew up in only prettier. He also rarely expresses emotions like anger, and has a strong dislike of alchohol, cigarettes, and chems.

Attire: Likes to wear variours clean pre-war clothes. The Parkstroller Outfit is his personal favorite, and sometimes he wears a sixy sleepwear or naughty nightwear, as well as a suit with Lucky Shades.

Favored Weapons: He perfers melee combat, and often uses a switchblade or Chinese Officer's Sword. He's currently trying to find schematics to build the Shishkebab, and wants a Samurai's Sword like the one in Point Lookout.

Factions: Tenpenny Tower and the Paradise Falls Slavers.

An experienced warrior and explorer, Richard has been just about everywhere in the Capital Wasteland, and some places out of it as well. During his time outside the Vault, Richard has tangled with things ranging from Raiders to mutated hillbillies, cannibals, aliens, and the Enclave. His accomplishments include the destruction of organized slavery in the Capital Wasteland, restarting Project Purity, destroying Talon Company, breaking the Enclave, liberating the Pitt, defeating a brain in a tank, and thwarting the crew of an alien spaceship. Currently, he spends long amounts of time exploring the Capital Wasteland, often being away from civilization for days at a time.

Personality: While not much of a talker, Richard does open up to people once he's known them long enough. He is known for being kind, but enemies who have mistaken that for weakness have ended up breathing their last. However, the constant combat has taken a toll, and he is far more world weary than he was when he exited the Vault.

Notable Mental Features/Tendencies/Traits: Has a tendency to go souvenir hunting, and has major wanderlust. He is most often found wandering the northern CW either by himself or with two companions. Following Mothership Zeta, he has been traveling alone as of late.

Attire: Richard's attire depends on the situation. Generally, he wears a Regulator Duster and a Sheriff's Hat when in a settlement or exploring. For full scale assaults, he uses Winterized T-51b Power Armor.

Favored Weapons: Rifles, energy weapons, and the Dart Gun.

History:john was born and raised in a small town int he north of d.c called old olney with his family then john was called out for a delivery to to a giant boat about to set sail of the coast of d.c he was making his journey from old olney int he north of d.c with suplies for the voyage at only 16 he was delivering guns,medical suplies,drugs with his father and 2 brothers it was about a day or so journey to the ship so they set up camp for the night in a scrapyard.johns dad went out for a scout and all john and his brother's could hear was screaming then blood stains all over the walls and the floor john turned around and his brothers were being dragged away by some giant creatures with huge claws and next thing he knewhe had been hit onto te floor but he heard a loud growwl of a dog next to him and next thing he knew the creatures had long gone by the time he had recorved so headed back to old olney only to find that evryone had been slaughterd int he same manour of his father and brothers and from that day on he had sworn revenge on every last one of them untill they were wiped out for good

Personality:very aggresive,hostile to evry creature but his dog and friends,will snap if his family are spoke off,he keeps to himself mostly very dark and more of a contract killer

Other info:

Not a Raider, but is an ally of Raiders. He does what Raiders do, but he doesn't take orders from other Raiders and does things solo. Only sometimes is he accompanied by a friend or Raider. His main job is to run through the Wasteland and clear out places of zombies. Before zombies appeared, he raided villages, but now he has to save them.

Scars/Markings/Tattoos: A scar that runs across his right cheek is very noticable, it came to be there during a raider attack at the age of 11. A raider came and struck him across the face with a knife.

Notable Physical Features/Traits: Very skinny, but that doesn't mean he's not strong. Eats as little as possible to get the most out of a day without food weighing him down.

History: After being born and left for dead in the middle of nowhere, a graceful woman named Agatha came to take him in care. She lived by herself and played very well on the violin, but as soon as he turned 11, a violent raider group came and tortured them. Just as all hope seemed loss, a wandering group of BoS soldiers took down the raiders. Agatha and Mark soon moved to a new, comforting home, hidden in between 2 large boulders. Hitting the age of 16, he started to dislike Agatha's violin music. As soon as he turned 21, he asked Agatha how to use a gun. She taught him with her faithful blackhawk, a very strong version of the 44. Scoped Magnum. Right after she taught him, he put a bullet into her head and left the home.

Mark ran into the small settlement of Canturbary Commons, 2 years had passed as he lived there peacefully. Soon costume freaks had come and started to distort his beloved peace. He killed both of them as 2 weeks of their fighting had gone by. The settlement had been disappointed with his decision to kill them.
He slowly began to turn dark, demented, he hated everything, and everyone. He killed everyone in Canturbary Commons, and left off into the wasteland once again.

His anger was so great, he started killing every settlement he could get accepted into. He'd been hearing about Megaton from the annoying 3 dog. So he took off there. He killed everyone, raided the town, then using the offer Mr. Burke had offered him, he blew up the rest of Megaton with the nuke. Mark had finally settled down into his peacefulness, living another year in tenpenny towers alone and happy. Soon though, he started to hate again, he wanted everything in the building his. Mark raided the Tenpenny Tower, and the once crowded tower soon became his fortress out in the wastes.

Mark had no trace of good Karma. Every major settlement fell to pieces once he was inside it. Rivet City, Big town, even the citadel was at his demise. The BoS was no more. The Enclave were soon depleted, and the Reilley Ranger's group were killed once he had found them atop of the hotel. Three Dog died from his spitefulness against the loud mouthed DJ. The wasteland was slowly dying, and it still will be as long as Mark is alive.

Personality: Evil, he kills whoever stumbles across his path.

Motives: None, he killed them all.

Fears: Deathclaws, the Old Olney, and Vault 106.

Family: Agatha was the closest thing he had to family, but he killed her.

Notable Mental Features/Tendencies/Traits: Mostly mental from the raider attack, he was a nice boy, but it seems hard to believe now that he turned into a monster.

Attire: Reilley's Ranger combat armor. Chinese Stealth Suit, Talking Power Armor.

Favored Weapons: Gauss Rifle, A3-21 Plasma Rifle, Railway Rifle.

Factions: His own fortress at Tenpenny Tower with Dogmeat, sense he killed all the rest....

Perks: Bloody Mess, Daddy's Boy, Sniper, (Haha, I forgot all of my perks :P)
