Can they implement an enhanced version of the Food and water thing they did with Fallout:NV?
would make it feel more realistic for Roleplaying

Yes please. I enjoyed the new twists hardcoe added in NV, it'd be interesting to see how the same concept would translate to an Elder Scrolls game.

No, no, and no! I'll rather reload than feel forced to reduce difficulty. I'm currently lvl 44 hunter at max difficulty. A few goblins will toast me. Do I fear them? You bet. Kwatch took 6-9 hours to complete and I was completely exhausted. Being able to save means I can play at maximum immersion. Although invisibility potions are extremely helpful, I was able to do all the Aid For Bruma quests without fast travel. And max difficulty slider means I can't engage in combat. I tried everything I could think of (endless reloads) to save those two fellows trapped in Oblivion, but I had to abandon the idea in the end.

No saving would discurage me from attempting such crazy experiments.

There are freak accidents that leads to getting killed.
And I have plenty of game crashes, which would render checkpoints hopeless.

I don't touch games anymore that doesn't allow me to save, and Skyrim would be no different.

This is one of those things that, while you may find interesting, many people would rather not have happen. If you want to only save at a Main city or at a bed it is something you will have to implement in you own game. No reason to force others.

death after a long run without saving is one of the most annoying things out there, and as a result i find myself a 'save addict' -> saving every few minutes. Mass effect implemented the ability to save in normal free roam gameplay, but when in certain areas(elevators) and in active combat you could not save. I would not mind a similar system in Skyrim
