make NPC/Creature cast ranged spells

Hello I would like to ask you how to let a NPC cast ranged spells using a x-marker heading.

I used use item at with a spell but somehow it didn't work (bethasda used this with a NPC in the dark brotherhood) (I did set the value to a 100 times)

And if I use cast magic then the only thing work is if a make the thing wich he was suppost to attack as location, not as xmarker-heading. ( and that causes bugs, to close or the other side attacking)

thank you for reading,

You make it using package
--> Cast Magic
--> Location: Taget ref
--> Target: Object Type: Ranged spells

Then add a couple of ranged spells to your character and he will do it.
If he doesnt know any ranged spells he will not do it.

Additionally, the location should be an xmarkerheading with the target ref defined at the marker. If you were using melee, this wouldn't be needed, but since ranged stuff (like magic and archery) needs both a place where you stand as well as something you're aiming at, this is the only way you can get it to work.
