Make Skyrim's release a holiday

Post » Sat May 14, 2011 12:43 am

No, there's no need for me. November 11th is already a holiday in Canada.

Edit* I suppose there are a lot of people who still have to work that day though, like the people who I'm buying Skyrim from.

I'm throwing all my college money into a top of the line Alienware computer! Who cares about having a good future with tons of money when you can have top notch Skyrim in 10 months?!

Since it's a friday my plan will be: leave school at 3:30, pick up my preorder, play until the wee small hours in the morning, play almost the entire weekend and finally sleep all day at school on the monday.
Unfortunatly I will have to fight with my brother over playing time.

It's already a holiday where I live =p

Though releasing a video game on Rememberance Day could be considered "poor taste".

Given that I'm ordering for the original version, it'll be here on Monday 14th earliest. -_- This is going to be tough.

It'll be kinda hard to get a note from my mum and skip classes. Since I'm sort of making them. :P

Nah, it's not like it's a war sim or anything. Just remember to get your poppy (or whatever equivalent you have) and observe the silence and you're all set  It's not like people spend the entire day in silent remembrance - I know I don't, and neither does anyone else I know.

No for me. I do plan, however to have the whole weekend devoted to playing Skyrim, and nothing else.
