Please Bethesda make this time the game Epic scale , wich means large cities , vast wildernesses and lots of people and may be why not even big armies , in few words huge world and huge crowds of people ....

With the new engine, I say anything is possible. But larger towns and crowds, means more NPCs, and Bethesda would have to create and voice each single one which would take a lot of time. But I expect larger battles with a lot of generic non-unique NPCs (soldiers, bandits, etc) or lots of monsters.

I dont necessarily want larger battles - it ges too chaotics, then you hit your ally who gets angry and it overall too messy. What I would like it to have moer impact in the end. The ending was really a cut scene which I had little to do with. It was an anticlimix in Oblivion whating two bosses fight it out. Shiverling Isles what much more impessiv ein the finale.

It only got messy because gamebryo thought that misfiring into a crowd of daedra and hitting a guard meant you were criminal scum and had to pay with your blood. With a new engine the ai might be smart enough to know that sometimes sh*t happens.

Like they said they are far into development, almost 5 years now, and they have had plenty of time in my opinion to have a large variety of voices.

Who's to say they can't fill cities with crowds of non-unique NPCs?

They can, but it would be like Megaton Settlers... they would still require to be created and scripted, etc...
Unless you want it like Assassin's Creed towns or GTA games. But then, it wouldn't be TES anymore. It wouldn't feel the same.
It probably won't happen.

I hope when we see a dragon a few times through the game we won't be like:

"Oh a dragon.... (gulps tons of potions and casts reflect spell), well time to spam him with sword smacks."

Instead I hope we will be:

"OOOOHHHH ############# ITS A MUTHA#$%*'IN DRAGON!!!!, EVERYBODY RUUUUNNN!!!!!" - More or Less.

Alright, now I've seen a rendering engine blamed for an awful lot of things, but poor enemy AI? What do you think Bethesda /does/, just make a world and add people? "Gamebryo" isn't a fully formed open world RPG engine, it's a rendering engine, everything else was done by bethesda - enemy AI and gamebryo never touch. Bethesda made the old enemy AI, they're making the new enemy AI.

Other than the fact there creating a game that's supposed to run on modified nvidia 7800's and 512mb's of ram. There's a reason vanilla Oblivion didnt have open cities heck open everything, that the cells were as small as they were, and a myriad of other technical things. Not to mention TERRIBLE LOD.

But hey if anyone has PC oblivion and needs something to hold them over, http://www.moddb.com/mods/nehrim-at-fates-edge They're you go there's 80's hours of win.

If they wanted to make a crap game they could.

Anyway, Oblivion had like 60 or so people working on it for 4 years, and Skyrim has what, 150? Most of which have been working for a full 4 years so far and are on the fifth year. I think they'll put a lot more time into the scale and depth of the world.

Also, I think I counted 19 places on the map taking up more than 1 cell, whereas Oblvion had like 11 settlements of even somewhat close to reasonable size.
