Making an appearence?

Do you think some of these characters should make an appearence in the game? Someone tell me the name of that bloody Khajiit with super speed in Oblivion.

Well, our beloved Jiub won't be making an appearance because he was killed by daedra during the Oblivion crisis. http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Morrowind:Jiub You hear some NPC's talk about it randomly in Oblivion.

As for M'aiq the liar, he's an easter egg character who's made it in both previous titles so I don't see why not. I expect to see him, personally.

I think Jiub was killed in the time of Oblivion, but after the Nerevarine parted with him in the opening of Morrowind, he went on to become a Saint by driving the cliff racers from Vvardenfell. What a hero.

As for M'Aiq, he's become so beloved I'd be surprised if he didn't show up one way or another. Even if not in person (he might be dead) I could see us finding a tome labeled "Final Words of M'Aiq the Philosopher" where he comments on his findings and certain opinions he has. Hopefully he doesn't just bash us for everything we wanted/didn't want but rather speaks more like in Morrowind, where he just fakes us out on everything.

For instance in Morrowind, people wanted to become liches so he said you could if you drank a potion of mixed ingredients, but none of the ingredients existed in the game. He said dragons existed but were very high in the air, and invisible.

M'aiq lives outside the constraints of time and space. He could, and probably will, show up.
Jiub, on the other hand, is dead.
I hope, and almost expect, to see Divayth Fyr.
I'd love to see Falanu Hlaalu, settled in Skyrim after once again being driven away because of her hobby.
I wouldn't mind seeing a reappearance of Wulf. As I think about it, that could be likely....

It's not so far-fetched to have M'aiq as a ghost XD There are, after all, plenty of ghosts in Oblivion. He could only show up at certain times in certain places, making him harder to find than Oblivion, where he ran around like a loon 24/7.

Or maybe in certain places in the world, you could have writings of M'aiq scratched into cave walls or onto cliff faces in hidden areas.

I like to think M'aiq is just a figment of our Character's imagination. Nobody but our character ever see's, talks to, or reacts with M'aiq. He's kinda like the Tyler Durden of Elder Scrolls.

So hopefully Dovakiin will be just as schizophrenic as the Nevarerine and the Champion of Cyrodiil, and M'aiq will make an appearance.

Other people who i would like to see (that might still be alive)

-Divyath Fyr (if anyone can extend his life-span significantly, it's him.)
-Yagrum (even though he was seriously disfigured, he lives in the Fyr basemant, so maybe Divyath could help him out)
-The Real Mannimarco (from daggerfall, It'd be awesome if he could make a return, and reveal that the Mannimarco from Oblivion was an impostor)
- and I want to learn more about the Neverarine, and his adventures.

Its a pun, a play on words. It refers to a dragon break, as an event in TES where time gets fractured and chaotic, such as at the end of Daggerfall or when the selectives danced on the tower. And it refers to there being dragons in Skyrim.

I would like to see the Nerevarine, carrying Sunder, Keening and Wraithguard. He might be alive since he contracted corprus disease which makes you resistant to aging. I believe there was a rumor about him going missing in a pilgrimage in Oblivion.

Ah, I thought it referenced to M'aiq destroying a statue of Akatosh/Alduin(With him being a god of time and everything) and time getting messed up.
