Making a follower's carryweight unlimited?

How do I do this? I want to make it so that ED-E can carry unlimited stuff without any problems. Thanks in advance.

I don't know if its possible to make it unlimited.

But I guess you could give him like 100 strength or something and just make it so he can carry a whole lot.

If you make it any higher than 10 it'll automatically be reset to 10. :(

I don't know if its possible with the new companion wheel, but one thing you could try is having the "open inventory" option reference a fixed container rather than the NPC's inventory.

I don't know about the unlimited part, but something simple I just tried was to hit the console key, click on ED-E, then type:

modav carryweight 100000

Now the wheel shows 1/100210 (original was 210) ;)

Remember that there are three ED-E's

One can add such a line into a script as well and have it fire once and only once.
GameMode section in an NPC's Script personal is good for this.

Short DoOnce

Begin GameMode
If DoOnce == 0
modav carryweight 100000
Set DoOnce to 1
EndIf

Other stuff here

End
