Making Spells in Daggerfall on Dosbox

Hi has anyone here worked out how to change the values when making your own spells i haven't a clue but want to know for making stronger spells

Click on the arrows above or below the box containing the value to change them.

Thanks couldn't really see any arrows but the info was spot on
